Electrical and Electronics Engineering has on enormous and widespread impact on our daily lives. From power stations to electric vehicle charging, telecom networks to computing infrastructures, electronic systems, the world of entertainment and industry are designed and operated by Electrical Engineers.
Hence, Electrical and Electronics becomes a core branch of Engineering, Creating the technology and systems of the future demands vision and technical expertise. The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was established in the year 2008, with an annual intake of 120 students, and is fully equipped with highly sophisticated equipments and mechanical laboratories.
Short Term Goals:
Continuous up-gradation of Laboratories.
Improving overall pass-percentage in academics
To increase the usage of modern techniques in teaching and learning process.
To place more number of students in core and software companies
To organize more number of career development courses like value added course, conference, workshop, seminars, lecture series, industry visit etc.
To encourage the students to participate in extracurricular and co-curricular activities.
Long Term Goals:
To augment students taking competitive exams.
To start more P.G programs in the department of Electrical Engineering.
To establish State of the art research facilities in the department.
To encourage faculty members to take up at least one R & D and consultancy work.
To create better entrepreneurs in the area of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
To sign MoU's with various Multi National Companies.
To establish Innovation Centre to promote new ideas and create innovative products.
